  3. Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized for you are not eligible for refund.
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for refund.
  • Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (such as swimwear or lingerie) cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the item, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
